Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions and payments are handled on Sixty67 Intelligence. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Plans: Free, Professional ($29/month CAD plus taxes), Business ($79/month CAD plus taxes), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew unless cancelled.

Free Tier

The Free tier is free until you outgrow it. No payment is required, and no refund concerns apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the platform until then.

Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. Because cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, you receive the full value of your paid month. Refund requests for unused time after cancellation are not accepted.

Special Circumstances

If you believe you were billed in error, or experienced a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us at legal@sixty67intelligence.com within 60 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full. We may also consider refund requests in cases of documented service outages or other exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve billing concerns faster directly.

Price Changes

Any changes to plan pricing require 30 days notice. Charges already made before a price change are not affected.
